Dimensions In Wood, Inc. warrants and presents to the party in the space designated the following:
Materials covered by this warranty, supplied and installed by Dimensions In Wood, Inc., or under its direction and supervision, shall be guaranteed for a period of one (1) year from the date given against defects in workmanship and material.
Installation performed by Dimensions In Wood, Inc., persons in its direct employ or subcontractors employed specifically by its warranted to be of good workmanlike quality in accordance with customary industry practices.
All articles supplied by Dimensions In Wood, Inc., but manufactured by others, shall not be covered by the warranty other than to the extent of the warranty given by such manufacturer or his distributor from whom Dimensions In Wood, Inc. obtained the product.
In the event of defects in workmanship and material and the failure of products supplied by Dimensions In Wood, Inc., to conform with the agreement or warranty, Dimensions In Wood, Inc. will repair or replace said product of material, provided, that the defect or malfunction was not due to accidents, alterations by the customer, misuse, abuse or neglect. Dimensions In Wood, Inc. shall not be responsible for shipment and installation costs as the result of repairing or replacing the item.
In order to obtain performance of any warranty obligation the customer shall immediately contact Dimensions In Wood, Inc. in writing and cooperate fully in supplying the necessary information, as well as access to the premises, relative to the defect or malfunction.
The item purchased under this agreement shall be used exclusively by the customer and by no other person, and therefore there shall be no third party beneficiary to any of the warranties, express or implied, contained in this agreement.
The implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are to coincide with the duration of this warranty and not extend beyond that date. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Dimensions In Wood, Inc. shall not be liable for consequential damages or loss caused by the malfunction of equipment not specifically installed by its own employees or subcontractors in its employ. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Dimensions In Wood, Inc. warrants the materials identified on the cover of this warranty to be designed and engineered in accordance with the standards advocated and set forth by customary industry practices.
